EADIEMAC partial upgrading process for modular site plants
The EADIEMAC Process is a partial upgrading technology designed for diluent reduction, viscosity reduction, and resid removal in heavy oil and bitumen. This thermal cracking–based process increases API gravity, reduces pipeline diluent requirements, and provides a low‑CAPEX upgrading solution suitable for field‑level deployment.

History
The firm was established in 1955 as Kasten & Hunt structural consultants. In 1980 we expanded to thirty professionals and staff providing a multi-discipline engineering service. In 1986 a chemical engineer, Mr. Bill MacWilliams,P.Eng. joined the firm which started our involvement in heavy oil partial upgrading research as described on the EADIEMAC Process page.
